1. Reservations and Payments

• Reservations Required: All sessions require an online reservation. Same day reservations are welcomed if space is available.
• Payment at Booking: All open painting sessions must be paid in full online prior to each session. All parties require a deposit and full payment one week prior to an event.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with a 72-hour notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be issued a class credit. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

2. Age Restrictions

• Age Limit: Most classes are 18+; however, family-friendly classes are offered for ages 12 and up. Please check each event description for age guidelines.

3. Alcohol Policy

• BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage): Guests may bring their own wine or beer (21+ only). Hard liquor is not permitted.
• Responsible Drinking: We encourage responsible drinking. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest displaying inappropriate behavior.

4. Art Supplies and Equipment

• Included Supplies: We provide all art supplies, including canvases, brushes, and paints.
• Personal Belongings: Please note that personal belongings should be kept away from painting areas. We are not responsible for any damage to personal items.

5. Arrival Time

• Check-In: Doors open 10 minutes before class starts. We recommend arriving early to secure your seat and get settled.
• Late Arrivals: Guests that arrive late will not receive extended time, each session has a set start and finish.

6. Dress Code

• Dress Comfortably: Painting can get messy, so we recommend wearing something comfortable and bringing a cover-up if needed. Aprons will be provided.

7. Code of Conduct

• Respectful Environment: We strive to create a fun and safe environment. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to ask disruptive guests to leave without a refund.
• Photography: Guests are encouraged to take photos of their work and the event; however, recording the entire class or the instructor is not allowed.

8. Private Events

• Booking Requirements: A minimum of 10 participants is required for private events. Please contact us for specific details and reservations.
• Catering and Drinks: For private events, outside catering is permitted. Alcohol policies remain the same as our regular classes.

9. Health and Safety

• Clean Environment: We ensure all surfaces and materials are sanitized before each class.
• Health Guidelines: In case of illness, we kindly ask guests to reschedule. In the case of emergencies or unexpected closures, we will notify guests and provide options for rescheduling or refunds.

The Paint Box reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time when circumstances allow, and refunds will be processed.
